Inspector
RJ Inspections Inc. is one of the leading home inspection companies in New England. We are a well-established fully licensed and insured home inspection company since 1987. Our headquarters is located within the Merrimack Valley area in Methuen, MA. We are looking to train a potential candidate for a permanent position. Candidate must possess great verbal and social skills and be familiar with computers. Recent passing of the Home Inspection Examination is helpful.

Qualifications:
- Apprentice or Licensed Home Inspector
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone with GPS
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time
- Ability to deliver quality work while meeting firm deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate PC skills
- Possess exceptional customer service skills (both in-person and phone
