As an owner of an antique home, Mark has a great understanding of the construction methods and the sometimes special attention required in being an owner of an older home. Paul Metros

Inspector

As a member of the RJ team since 1995, Paul is our most senior and experienced inspector. Throughout the years, Paul has seen it all, acquiring a vast amount of expertise in all areas of the home. In his history as a home inspector, he has always been known to be extremely friendly and likeable.

With Fred’s years of experience in property management as both a technician and manager, his extensive knowledge about homes has helped him become one of RJ most trusted inspectors. His ability to calmly communicate with people has become a valuable skill when guiding clients through their future home. His positive attitude and friendly nature shine through on every inspection, which has resulted in Fred having some of the highest ratings in the company for client satisfaction.

Eric Perez

Inspector

As a well-respected member of the Latino community, Eric provides home inspection services in both English and Spanish. He worked as an engineering technician for several years but left his long-time career to follow his passion in homes/real estate. As a home inspector he loves working with people and educating them about their future home. He is meticulous in making sure that the client is familiar with all the important systems and components throughout the home.

Colin Mason

Colin brings a keen eye and extensive knowledge from his previous work in the construction field. As a young family man and homeowner himself, he knows how important a home inspection is to a new buyer. His experience in home renovations provides great perspective for any client. He is personable, patient, and treats your inspection as if you were part of his own family.

Adam Wright

General Manager

As a 2nd generation Inspector and Contractor, Adam has quickly become one of the most reputable inspectors in the area and a leader in the industry. He is the lead trainer of all RJ’s new inspectors and uses his wealth of knowledge to not only teach clients about their potential home but also teaches classes to realtors about home inspections.

Rob Johnson

Inspector

Rob is a leader with the RJ Inspection team. Prior to being a home inspector, Rob was a carpenter for 15 years, working as a foreman and safety officer on everything from foundations to finish construction projects. His knowledge and passion for the industry is transparent as he is informative and lively throughout every home inspection.

Jerson “Jay” Depena

Jay is well known as a trustworthy member of the Merrimack valley community providing home inspections in both English and Spanish. His smooth, easy going personality provides a great experience for any client during what can be viewed as a stressful time. With his experience in real estate and his cutting-edge knowledge of construction, he has quickly risen through the ranks of RJ becoming one of our most requested inspectors.
